I’m a nutrition practitioner specialising in performance led, hormone aware nutrition for active women and growing athletes.

 As a professional and a parent in a very active family, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise nutrition when life gets busy. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, from managing autoimmune related fatigue and hormonal symptoms, to supporting an active child and family through sport, growth, and recovery. Everything I offer is grounded in strong nutritional foundations that support real life.
